Swapped a JDM B16 2nd gen into my 92 teg. It needs a TB Gasket.
I've tried a 96 Delsol and a 90-91 Teg TB gasket and both are not big enough missing 2 ports (coolant or something). Someone please help me find out where to get this part. Any other JDM B16 2nd gen owners out there experience this ? This is the last thing preventing me from being able to drive it. Need help folks

 

make one.. autozone/pepboys sells the material.. just cut it yourself.

 

I thought about that, but figured if the part was available allready, I would pick it up from somewhere. The JDM TB is different from most USDM TB's etc.... but that gasket has to be available to us

 

I've been searching on here, and some say the 94-97 Delsol or 90-91 Teg, but both are not even close. What about a 00 Si or SIR ??

 

i dont know man.. i just went through that with my obd1 jdm gsr. i had to special order it through acura.

 

Is making a TB gasket recommended or ???

 

i always get parts for a 95 del sol vtec since it is obd1 still. try that and post results please because i will need one here in the near future.
