Default Need some Good Daily Driver brake pads

I drive like 60 miles a day, I'd like to get something with a little better stopping power than the stockers. I've seen some pretty good deals on axxis ultimates, are there any others that might fit the bill?

I've been running Axxis Ultimates since last Spring. I've put about 10k street miles, 2 track days, and about 10 Auto X's, they still have some meat on them and are great in all conditions. They do give off a bit more dust than I would like for street driving, I really like them on track and have never had a problem with them.

Axxis Ultimates for daily driver =

I'm very happy with the Hawk HP I just installed two weeks ago... great price too IMO.

https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=931400 No joke. I need to get a set for the rear. They stop the car just fine for street use.

you won't want to run the spec VRs on the street. i started off with the gt-sports as a street/ track pad and was happy with those. now i run the VRs for track.

They squeal like hell when it's cold out. Nothing wrong to use them for daily driving, but I really don't see why you need "performance" pad for street use.

OEM ITR pads rocks on the streets. Anything more is for "bling" for daily driving.*

*Daily driving = putt-putting within reasonable speed limit... unless you live in Germany.

with some motul brake fluid and oem pads, i've never complained about my stopping power on the streets. even at the autocross, but i'm a beginner.
