Default Quick help: installing stabilizer/sway bar (over or under?)

Me = dumbass

I didnt pay attention whether the bar goes on top or the bottom of the control arm(?). I thought it was top, but let me know if Im wrong.

And also it seems like it might be a strange fit, also...with the suspension decompressed(if that's the word), it looks like the bar is going to be hitting the exhaust/cat when the car is jacked up.

It's for my CRX.

EDIT: this is how I ended-up putting it back together. I used DA bushings/bolts and replaced the dinky CRX ones. I couldnt get my new bar on there, because the stock brackets were just too small (I thought I could make the brackets tight, but fit.
Let me know if this looks wrong.

Hmmmm.

Everything looks rusty!
What did you install? They all look like old parts!
I took another look and i still don't get it.

Pretty neat really, After I got home from work tonight I installed a basic Energy Suspension 18mm sway bar bushings and their "End Links" kit, But I reversed their bolts on their end links so the threads are up and not down. have to say I could feel the difference right away. can't wait to put a Progress 22mm rear bar on the car now.
