Hi,

I have a 95 accord EX sedan, all of a sudden my brake lights stopped working, cruise control doesnt work, and I can't get it out of park without using the release near the shifter (using my key). I bought a new brake light switch (plunger switch behind brake pedal) but that didnt work. I checked , I think , every fuse in my car, and they are alright. Is there somthing else i should be checking? I have been without my car now for 2 weeks cause I am to proud to take it in.
Is anybody out there that has had a similar problem??
Any help would be greatly appreaciated.

Your original problem was probably bad wiring somewhere in that circuit, not the switch itself. That's why I like to check & diagnose stuff before I buy parts. I don't own a '95 so I can't be very specific about helping...
