this dude hit me when i was parked...not much damage but i got 2 lic plate marks and the paint might be cracked..gotta wash my car to find out. but it took off some plastic on my bumper so if i paint it, it'll still show. he dint give me any info so i filed a police report. is it worth claiming? any opinions on that?

 

honestly i would just claim it...... that way you wont have a problem later on

 

If the damage is more than your deductable, I'd claim it.
