OT: I think my IM is not working

I sent out a bunch of IMs and never receive any IM reply back. How do I check to see if my IM receiving portion is working? Thanks.

hahah...you might just have pop up blocker on so you can't get any.

For some reason the IM window doesn't pop up when I get an IM coming eventhough I have it set to pop up auto.

same thing happened to me when i installed a newer norton security software
