Tranny match up
I have a 1995 del Sol that desperately needs a bigger engine. My friend offered to sell me his 1991 Integra for dirt cheap so I think I'm going to buy it. I'm pretty sure the only problem with this year in my car is that the Acura used a cable clutch. I know that Hasport makes an adapter, but I was wondering if I could just swap in a newer transmission instead. Does anyone know if a Acura transmission from a 1994 or newer car will bolt up to the older block? Also are there any other issues that I will run into with this swap besides the motor mounts? Any help is appreciated. Thanks
