Hi,

I am really confused about the models now. I was doing a search here but didn't find anything but WTB or F/S ads about these cars when I searched for differences or typed GSR GS RS LS.

Can someone explain the differences between these models, please? I have also heard of LS-Vtec...I thought the LS came with no Vtec, period?

What is the RS? Is that one below the GSR? And the GS? I'm way confused.

Thank you for your patience. If possible, an HP for each model would be great too just so I know what I am looking at for each model. I know the GSR is about 170hp ~ 140whp.

Here's the order: GSR,GS,LS,RS. gsr=vtec model, gs,ls,rs=none vtec model with the same motor.
RS has no sun/moon roof or abs or power locks.
LS has sunroof/moonroof,abs power locks, cruise control, 98 and up models came with alloys.
GS/SE has everything the LS has but with leather interior, alloys thruout all the years and the spoiler.
GSR everything a GS has except the choice of leather or cloth interior, plus the b18c1 motor.

Actually, if you read my post, I said I already tried a search here on HT. I never seem to find what I'm looking for (besides pics) using the search feature here for some odd reason. Every other forum I use the feature on yield nice results that are remotely close to what I need.

Perhaps a better forum software might be in need. In any case, I got my answer way up there meaning, thanks to those guys and you guys that posted "search" just posted to boost your post count.

RS = Also has no noise dampening material
