Turbo piping? is the enough?
Is the enough turbo piping for a intercolooler and the intake piping for a h23 92 prelude with a t3/t4 turbo?

It depends on which manifold you are running. I would save your money and go with a 'kit' opposed to that DIY kit unless you know how to weld.
You are looking at $200 bucks shipped for that junk when you can get a custom kit for around $175 more with t-bolt clamps, high temp silicone hoses, less connection points, and fully tig welded.
