i have done this before, you will need to buy a potentiometer from radio shack and splice it into the flasher relay. You are essentially replacing one of the resistors inside the relay with a potentiometer(100K pot).

no prob. Everyone use to refer to:
http://www.andrews.edu/~johnso....html
That site use to provide a lot of honda mods, but it no longer exists.

Maybe you can help renew it by posting up pics and a guide for a DIY. I actually use this mod to slow down my blinkers instead of speeding it up since I am running LEDs.

dude!!!!! all you gotta do is to put LED 1156 bulbs in your rear tailight turn signals, then all your bulbs will HYPER FLASH! for reals!

you can get your bulbs from http://www.superbrightleds.com buy a pair of 1156 Reds 24LED is what I got install them in your tails and Vola! your turn signals hyperflash!

The reason for this is: the LEDs do not have the correct resistance as the normal Halogen Bulbs, so your turn signals will hyperflash.

Believe me it works and I have this on my car.

If you take apart the flasher relay, you'll see some resistors, i think you replace R2 with a 100k pot.

Long ago i used to see a few ricers with them hyperflashes, it would flash a few times real fast, then flash a few times slow, looked real cool but other than that, what is the point of having it? Are you just trying to draw attention to yourself?

or do these hyperflashes make you gain 10+ horsepower?

Just kidding, anyway, good luck with the install and please let us all know how it's done. I want to know too. I'm guessing, but this is prob done with some replacement of the blinker relay under the dash by the fusebox area, or some kind of aftermarket device that taps into your blinker signal wires.
