Sold my CRX tonight, pics anyway

1991 Si, OBX CAI, SS-AC 4-1 shorty stainless header, suspension techniques springs (2.5 drop) OEM replacement monroe lifetime struts.
Handled good, rode excelent, beat everything that ever challenged me. I dont challenge other people, but I'm not about to back down
Hood was kinda tweaked, hood prop + wind = suck. ~150k miles, prior salvage title. Got $2k for it.

I'm pretty sure they are rated at like a 2.25" drop. Also, i measured on the old struts, and didnt measure after the new ones, they might be holding it up a bit. It used to tuck the edge of the tire at all corners.
also, I still have the Civic in my Signature, and I drive a 90 4D EX, and am picking up a 90 Civic STD tomorrow.
Just picked up a '57 Bel Air last weekend too, need to change things up a bit

struts don't cange ride height, given that they are oem replacements

they will, there roughly 100psi of nitrogn gas in most modern strut designs (sometimes 300psi in monotube designs).
with a 490mm sq piston (25mm diameter, .76sq in) there is ~76lbs of force pushing the piston out, i think lifting up .25" wouldnt take that much.
I think i have some pics of them on my hatch with dead struts wit the tires flush. I'll post those when i get home, i'm in class right now.

dude
i saw your car in the paper and was going to go down to check it out...called and no one picked up....ended up picking up an EF hatch instead...damn
edit: werent you in Ames before?? i parted out an EF SI last year that was parked in front of Audioplus forever...
I just paid 1650$ for a pretty nice condition 91 hatch, almost no rust at all, tons of work done to it, and its 100% OEM.

yeah, went to ISU for a semester, changed majors though, now i go to K-wood in CR. shoulda left a message. For some reason i've got like 3-4 calls in the last week w/ no audio when i answer on my cell phone.
For the new STD hatch it has a D15B2 and I already have a D16Y8 head, OBD0 MPFI swap, intake and a header ready to go in. That will be done by friday, so i have time to work the bugs out and get some body work done. I'm giving it to my brother for his 16th B-day the 23rd.
Exhaust, wheels, suspension, and maybe a little N2O will be soon to follow.
