Default Zeal suspension users, need some feedback on springrates for ITR

Car: 1998 ITR
Coils: Zeal Function B6

I've recently converted the EG civic brackets on my Zeal B6s to fit ITR. The springrates don't exactly match ITR specs and since I've already dished out the money for new SWIFT springs I wanna get some feedback on what you guys are using. (Shock is already valved for anywhere from 12kg F and 9kg R)

I'm thinking: 12F/8R (hard) or 10F/6R (street) and I've heard of someone using 11F/9R.

The car is going to be mainly daily streeted but will see auto-x events from time to time.
What are your guys' feedback on using the springrates above for: daily, track, auto-x, etc. BTW 12F/9R was too harsh for me in a fully gutted EG. Since the R will not see any interior stripping at all and weighs more would the ride be a bit softer on harder springrates?

I had 16/12k spring rates.. Believe me when I say you don't want that.

Since this is going to be more or less a street/performance car. I'd stick with the street rates. They're plenty stiff.

I'm rusty on my conversions but I think 12k are going to be PLENTY stiff.

12/10 would be a good ratio for you but you could go as low as 10/8 if you wanted. Probably be a little better for street. But to match up with yor shocks I'd say got 12/10 or 11/9.

Going to be crazy stiff.

Are these on Tohatsu SWIFT springs? I;ve heard that although the springrate is that high...it's actually not that bad because of those springs. Design is different...or something.
