B16 running really rich?

B16 running really rich?
I have already checked the O2 sensors, set the idle the correct way, no vacuum leaks. All 4 plugs are black. Gas mileage sucks, Smells like raw fuel the whole time driving. I really can't figure this out and it is eating at my nerves. Help!!!

are the o2s wired like this?:

I have the b&m gauge on the fuel filter..
Otherwise,you need an adapter/gauge that bolts into the service bolt.
