second, heres the info again:

acura / honda HID fits 99/03 TL 00/03 CL & some RL but not sure of the years and some honda. i believe the part # is 33116-SOA-J11 for the bulbs.

included are all bulbs, ballasts, wiring harnesses. you will need to splice into this harness to run power to it for your application, unless you are buying for a late model acura.
