i heard if you slam ur car, you cant get it towed w/o a flat bed ?
im not sure if this is accurate, just wondering if it was true cuz i read it on some forum ..
my car is dropped almost 3 inches, no front wheel gap, can it still get towed?
recent thefts have made me paranoid as ****. any info is appreciated =]

 

If they want your car bad enough, they WILL steal it. No matter what. If they want it bad enough, they will bust your bumper and then jack up the car. Now if you always have your e-brake up when you park it will cause unwanted screeching and attention when they do try and toe it.

 

anything can be towed now adays. even if you slammed it and locked your parking break they will get it if they want it. it takes 2 seconds to cut your parking brake cable, and they dont care if they mess up your bumper. they want whats inside.

 

The thin is... a company that would be towing you is liable therefore they might not tow becuase of the possibility of damaging it.. Someones who's looking to steal it could care less if they rip off your front bumper or something

any car can get towed no matter how low. given enough time and a ibe man job just as easy if at stock hight..

think about it... guy drives the tow truck (you can operate the lift from inside) you think the guy is worried about screwing up your front bumper? he slams the hook on the floor backs up and the clamps will clamp the tires automatically, bam he drives away.... say bye bye.

keep your car close to you, if you cant then you run the risk plan and simple, and if you cant here the tow truck picking your car up. well.
