Yet another post about gine swaps
Sup peeps. I own a 2000 lx coupe. I want to do an engine swap but I am torn between decisions. Besides that fact I can't find any decent websites that do JDM distribution. I wanted to swap my engine with a f20b or an h22 but I don't know which is the better bang for the buck. I know alot of people do the swap with the h22 but filing through old threads I haven't seen one that mentions a swap with my []ACC[]. I was at a friends house and we were on a website and it said the swap with the f20b and h22a were simple with my year." bolt on " I believe were the exact words used. Can sum1 kick me sum info about the engines or a website that distributes and has the specs for both motors. APPRECIATE IT!
ya know i don't know about the f20b but i do know a dec amount of info on teh h22, it is in a sense bolt on, basically you do have to do some alteration and this link describes everything for a h22 swap, you would need a conversion harness obd2b to obd1, and some other few things.

as far as the f20b goes, don't know much about it at all, but i would say go with the h22 because it seems to be more powerful and stronger. if you are planning on boosting it later on go with the h22a1 b/c it has a closed deck (thats later on tho).
the H22 has around 200 horse and the F20b has around the same horsepower as the H22 but less torque and costs more. you would be getting more bang for the buck with the H22
also check out this link, that can help some too.....
