Default 16x7, +45 offset on ITR okay?
Will it rub? If so, is it on the fender lip, or the suspension components?

BTW, the car is going to be lowered enough to slightly tuck the top of the tire.

it's still good. wont rub the fender, not sure if it'll rub the suspension parts.

no problem. I have the same exact setup with 205/45/16 and it doesn't touch anything. The car is lowered to where the tire meets the fender. I'm going to try 215/45/16 next time, but that worries me a little..

+45 on a 7"-wide wheel is about as perfect as you can get for fitment on a civic or teggy. You shouldn't have any probs.
