That is a good question. I have a feeling it sports the 240cc injectors like it's USDM variant H23 motor. DO NOT QUOTE ME on that. It is just a educated guess. I do not think Honda would have given it that same injectors as the VTEC models. If you find out the truth let me know.

No they are not the same. H22 are quite a bit larger somewhere around 330cc-345cc I forget exactly. Do not try and use F22 injectors on an H22. 93b16hatch is probably right on the F22s, I forget the specific sizes.

The USDM 97+ (ODB2) H22 has 280's, the earlier ones from ODB1 cars have 340's

The F22 and H22 injectors are not the same. The F22 is rated at about 240cc. The 93-96 H22 injectors are low resistance rated at about 340cc. The 97+ H22 injectors are staurated rated at about 280cc.
