b16a1 into 90 lx dualpoint 4dr.

I used a 88 si harness and hasport sub-harness for the engine side wiring. Everything was repinned so all connectors match up in engine bay etc. my problem is I am getting a code 6 (pwo ecu), which is the coolent temp sensor.
Is there anyone out there that can tell me the ecu pins so i can double check my wiring. I beleive the coolent temp is pinned into C6 and is a red/white wire. Someone said it is a one-wire sensor but both my si diagram and the dx/lx diagram says the CTS is a 2 wire. The one is red/white and the other is green/white, the grn/wht ties into other sensors such as throttle angle, air temp, etc. I beleive the grn/wht wire then goes inot pin C12 but im not sure, could anytone help me out just so I know the wiring is correct. It could also be a bad sensor I guess.

 

disconnect the reverse lights next to the tranny see if it clears it

my problem is my ect is throwing a code only when i switch to reverse to back up weird? how can i fix this problem w/o disconeconecting my reverse light?
