damn, ive been asking lots of questions lately and yep, heres another. maybe this has been asked before but i did a search and couldnt find anything. i think ive heard of maybe a few of you guys being f22 faithfull. i could be wrong, but anyways... will building the f22 really be worth it?? i am wanting to go N/A because my car is going to be strictly autoX, so will ports, polish, balanceing, blueprinting, newer and better parts for my f22 pay off? or should i just stick it out and save up the money for a h22?
thanks guys...

If you are going to autox, then the motor matters, but not that much. You should really focus on your brakes and your suspension. Also, focus on making the car lighter. The F22 is a good motor (I like mine... no way in hell would I do a swap.
) All of the things that you previously mentioned are great, such as porting and polishing if you have the money. Granted, if you build the F22 you will have a semi-fast motor that will work great at the track- just don't go expecting to win any drag races with it.

The H22 ultimately has more potential. But that takes nothing away from the F22. It responds well to mods and can be very potent. It just doesnt have as much aftermarket support.
I agree with the above statement. I am currently building up my f22b1. Its been kinda hard to get the right parts, but i manage to find the right parts. If u have and question ask me. the only problem is that Im building it to hold alot of boost and some NOS.

In the long run, 2 cams is better than 1. Sorry Misa. But if you have an F22b, unlike my F22a, you atleast have VTEC and it might be worth it. I might built up my F22, but it wont do all that much, and I'm not expecting it to.
