Default Replacing balljoints

Is there any way you can replace your uca balljoints without having to have them either 1. replaced (the whole UCA) or 2. having someone else press them out and the new ones back in?

I have always been under the impression that the balljoint is permanently fused to the UCA...

You're thinking of the Tie Rod Ends. Those are fused together.

The only way you're going to get those Ball Joints out, is by pressing them out. No other way around that one.

LCA balljoints are pressed in... UCA ball joints are permanently attached to the control arm, and as such are NOT replacable on their own. especially considering you CANNOT BUY THEM separately
