Head bolts interchange

Are Z6 and Y8 head bolts the same? On hondaautomotiveparts.com the Y8 bolts are 6 bucks less than the Z6 ones

y5/y7/y8 bolts: 10x120.5 1.25 threads P/N: 90008-PZ1-003

z6 bolts: 10x140 1.25 threads P/N 90005-PM3-003

looks like z6 bolts are 19.5mm longer than the Y8 bolts
