Default 99 SI prop valve? 40/30? 40/40?

Anyone know if the 99 si vtec proportioning valve is 40/40 or 40/30? Also how much of a difference does it make? And if anyone know the diagram on how to wire up the 99 si proportioning valve let me know please. (Need to know which line goes into which hole on the proportioning valve). Thanks In Advance

to be honest Im not completel familiar with Integras.. Why are you removing it.. Unless it doesnt work I'd keep it.. I was even gonna convert one of my si's to ABS... anyhow.. I think you can use a RS prop valve.. I think they didnt come with abs

yeah but its hard finding RS integra at junkyard. I went to the junkyard and ask them for it and they looked at over 20 integra all had ABS so those people thought i didnt know what the hell i was talking about. So i just got a 99 si prop valve, and i think i will custom the lines, do anyone know if that'll work? 99 SI is non-abs and just as long as i get the lines it should be ok rite?

I dont want to mislead you.. I dont think it should be a problem but I dont have a for sure yes or no answer for you beucase I've never attemped it.. Im not really familiar with how the integra abs works.. Id assume all you'd have to do is connect all the brake lines and forget about the ABS modulater thing... I think you might be able to bend the wires into place.. Sit tight for a sec and I'll go take a pic of one of my si's...

seems to me if you direclty connect all the brake lines you should be good to go.. Not sure if you're gonna be able to bend them like I thought.. That pic is from a 00 si so it shows where all the lines are going to ( Im not sure if it matters though) when you remove the lines from the prop valve use vice grips to unscrew them becuase they strip very easily

go to the rear of the car (left or right). Find the brake line, find the hard line that it screws onto, follow that hard line.

Buy a flare wrench. They are designed for brake/fuel lines.
