Yes... it will bolt to the alternator bracket... But I think the belts are different...

I just compared an h22/23 alternator to an f23 and the number of ribs on the alternator pulley are different... I don't know if the f22 has the same number of ribs because i don't have one to look at, but even if it does you could just switch the alternator pulley to match whatever crank pulley you are using...

yeah they bolt up but the f22 has fewer ribs and a bit bigger pully.

I have the same question. I think the H22 alternator is dying and want to swap in the F22 alternator. I haven't pulled either alternator yet, but is it easy enough to pull the F22 alternator pulley off the F22 alternator and put it on the H22 alternator? (Or get a thinner belt?)

this is where an impact gun comes handy, do not try and hold that pulley with your hands when you are shutting off that pulley

same alternator, different pulley, not jstu ribs but also diameter. i have an accord alternator on my h22 right now works fine iwth the right length belt.
