It everything you need to set it up. i had it on a 99 ex itll fit fine on your 98""""*******************

WHAT DO YOU ALL THINK OF THIS KIT FOR THIS PRICE IS THIS WORTH THE PRICE AND
ALSO "NEW MISSING VALVE LINK" IS THAT THE NAME OF THE ITEM OR IS IT MISSING
