Not true.... But it is true that they had a recall on the tranny (on the v6 auto). Not sure exactly what years this affects, but I thhink it was 2000-2002.

It is not a recall on the motor or tranny. It is an extended warranty on the 01-02 v6 accords. It is a 7 year 100,000 mile coverage and if the tranny is slipping I would suggest having it replaced. I had mine replaced and i was very glad that I did.

not on your life. they'll tell you about the extended warranty but as them why and i guarantee you'll get some B.S. answer. no one wants anyone to start doubting honda reliability; especially honda.
