suspension set up

would GC coilovers with KYB AGX be a decent set up for daily driving for about $540? Also i have read you can get different spring rates for the coil overs. what does the spring rate do? Does it make it stiffer or more bouncy? Thanks

Would the tokico Hp's be better that KYB AGX??
