You will have to purchase on OBD-1 to OBD-2 conversion harness. It's a very uncommon conversion harness, but one of the sponsors here on Honda-Tech sells them.
Note that the P73 won't be able to control the secondary butterflies in the stock intake manifold and is only recommended if you're using a Blox/Skunk2 intake manifold.
