correct me if im wrong, but vtec doesnt engauge till the ecu feels your sum what wanting to pick up the speed a bit, and i dont think when your taking emissions your reving the **** out of your motor. so you shouldnt be engaged in vtec when taking emissions.
No, running rich will usually help you pass emissions for some reason ..... change the VTEC shouldn't matter, because if it doesn't engage until at least 4,400 rpm, and they usually don't go that high for emissions testing.
