Getting new bumpers, Painted or Get the "Standard" black ones?????

Got a 91-DX in Teal Green, I love the color but want some thoughts on keeping the bumpers the same color...or purchasing new ones for a standard as they are black in color. Front and rear. I think it looks good on a red and the lt. blue color but am not sure on the green.

Technically they are both "stock" bumpers, but I understand. Keep the green hugh.

im 99.9% sure teal didnt come with black bumpers in any trim of hatch.

maybe thats why...I am wondering that it might not look that good.

good point, but i dunno, it's just personal preference i guess, if my car came with the "standard" bumpers i woulda left it.

True but thet two/tone effect looks good. Still if anybody has pics of any teal h/b with black bumpers...Post em please.

Even a photo shop would give me an idea.

Yes they did - I see Tahitian Green '91 DX hatches all the time.

I say keep them green, unless the bumpers you have are totally hammered and you have to get them in black.

I think what he meant is you never see Standard teal hatches.

I like those gunmetal wheels...They are 15" right.

the passenger mirror didnt come on all civics, my 91 crx si came with one but when I got to close to a garbage can at 40 mph I went to ebay to find a replacement and the passenger sides were a lot more expensive since a lot a civics came with just a block off plate on the passenger side.
