Default BLINKERS ARE SCREWED UP, HELP

i have this really weird problem. today when i was sitting in my car to start work i smelled burning plastic. and there was a very little bit of smoke coming out where the blinker selector switch is on the steering column. and my slinkers dont work correctly anymore. and even when they're off it sounds like they're on but clicking really fast. i had to pull the fuse so it would stop clicking. but the hazards still work. i think it might be the blinker switch? or a relay. autozone was the closest to my work so i went there to see about a blinker switch, they wanted 103$. i really hope thats not how much it really costs. really weird, never had this kind of problem before. any help would be appreciated.

thanks

if it's the switch that's burning..you have to replace it. also make sure you're using the correct amperage fuse for the turn signals.

if it is the blinker... try looking up top in the forsale wtb section, a few guys there are parting their accords so you might get lucky finding a used switch there.

It's pretty simple... If you saw some smoke, something fried. If it came from the switch, replace it.
