only happens when the engine is dead cold and it's below 60 deg outside.

when i try to go anywhere, the car will sputter and pop as though it isnt getting enough fuel.

this happens only below 2200 rpm and for only a couple of minutes until the engine is warm.

any ideas?

 

check the timming might be too advance do you get any check engine light codes?

 

im not sure but it might be water in your lines, have you tried adding gas treatment.
