Well atleast how to line up the cam? What markings point where?

There is a marking on the cam gear that says UP, or TOP, can't remember right now. There are also two marks on the cam gear that you can line up with the top of the head, then you know the cams are at TDC.

Poison wrote a DIY awhile back on a D16Z6 Del sol, but it's fairly applicable to most D-series. Check for DIY timing belt change, or something similar.

Thanks man, that's all I needed. Any special tools I should have or use that a guy wouldn't normaly car or are specific to honda?
