Default running no sidemoldings

sorry I know people are gonna think I'm stupid for posting this, but if I ran no side moldings, would the water that got into the holes drain out? Or is the frame sealed from inside? I know the doors would drain out but I'm talking about the holes on the rear quarter panels.

i bet it would puddle a bit, if you've ever takin off the plastic inside the car right there by the moldings you can see in there. there isn't really a place for the water to go, i'm sure it would go away for the most part, but some would puddle. standing water in there wouldn't be cool.

i wouldn't take them off until you have enough cash to get them shaved right.. why would you want to drive around with little square holes along side of your car?

what you can do is use electrical tape and tape it from the inside. Then use touch up paint on it. From a good distance it'll look pretty good.

You can also cut up little squares and tape and paint them on the outside, it'll give you a bit more of a flush look.

Don't do it until you can do it right.

This from a guy who has had only one seat in his Integra and no interior panels in the rear for the past year... Damn stereo project got sidetracked.

yeah you can just tape up the holes from the inside like i did... that is if you don't care about driving around with holes on side. I've had a lot of people coming up to me asking me about my holes. also, at the bottom of the door i think there are some drain holes. i remember my teacher saying something about it when i shaved my moldings.
