Spoon N1 on Del Sol

Is there any modification needed to fit this exhaust on my 96 del sol? Also I know there was a del sol exhaust thread but I can't find it, it has a pic. Anyone wanna help me out so I can PM the guy?

This is just the axle back right?

If it is, then no modding is needed.
