INFO ON BAR W/REF FOR A 92 CIVIC HB JDM B18C MOTOR

anybody that can give me info on wat i have to do to BAR my 92 hb jdm b18c
w/a state ref would really appreciate. wat r the main things i have to do to pass. plz get back at me. i want to join the BAR club. manny also anybody w/the BAR number would help too thanks a lot

First off.. heres the number: 1-800-622-7733

Since your in O.C., they are going to give you a couple of options on where to get your car bar'ed at. At Golden West College or Fullerton J.C.
Go to FJC. Theres a guy thats into imports that works at the GWC site, and he can spot just about anything you may have that is remotely aftermarket or modified on your car. Which obviously, can be a problem.
Besides that, They are way cooler at FJC.

My advice to you.. have it as stock as possible, make sure you've got a good cat, a good o2, good plugs, no check engine light, and two checks, one for $30 (Smog Test), and the other for $8 (Smog Cert) in hand.

thnks a lot bro. hopefully i pass. hey one more quest. i have a jdm b18c n it doesnt have a purge valve b/c it didnt come w/one. do u think they will look for that? if so do u know wat i have to do to install n make it work. thnks again.

You need it so get it, that is one of the first components they look for. To hook it up all you need to do is connect a vacuum line to it and hook up the wiring. If you are using a USDM harness there should be plug for it, if you have the JDM harness you will need to make a more custom set-up for it.
