Default rsx front seats

rsx front seats in a 94 teg. do they bolt to the teg sliders or do i need the rsx rails.

You need the rails. I checked out the same thing about a year back for my 94, but its too much work for my taste

once i got the rsx rails wont they bolt right down to where the tegs did, or do i just drill some new holes through the frame.

Pretty sure you're gonna have to do some drilling, since you need new brackets and rails.
Not 100% on that, though.

I believe you would need to make custom brackets or what you could also do is take the brackets off your current seats and use them on the new seats. I have also heard of people using the bottom part of the bracket of the old seats and the top portion of the new seats. You really want them to bolt back up in the stock location for the best safety..
