Will 02 S2K rims fit on a Type-R???

The backs wont fit because of the offset. The tire ends up hitting the trailing arm.

if the tire hits the trailing arm could i buy 2 sets of itr rims, the 6.5" for daily driving the the 7.5s for the track with some spacers? that would work ... 7.5"

It can be done, yes but ive only seen it like above, using 4 fronts....
