Default should i stick with ITR springs?

i currently have JDM ITR springs on my car and was thinking about switching to either tein H-tech springs or goldlines. i only daily drive, so i dont need anything really stiff or too low. i know the goldlines have a 1.25 inch drop and the H-techs are 1.3F/1.1R. so they dont sound too bad..

any opinions? im asking also because i wonder if the ITR springs are stiffer than either of those

what year JDM ITR springs do you have?

I used to have all this committed to memory, but without specific numbers I do know that the 98spec rates are 0.1kg/mm heavier than the 96spec.

The 96spec springs are 4.4kg/mm front while the rears are progressive 2.2~4.4kg/mm

Add accordingly with 98spec.
