Default OBD1 dizzy and head on D15b2

My plans are to use a head off a d15b7 (head gasket needs to be replaced anyway). I also have a dizzy off the same engine.

Can i use the b7 dizzy for my MPFI swap?

I'm using the b7 head for better performance.
Which head gasket would be best to lower the compression? I'm going to turbo after i get the headgasket and mpfi working right.
