best upgrade besides turbo

what would be the best upgrades to do besides turbo for my b18c1 powered hatch?

Like ecu, short shifter, control module... etc. thing like that

First do a detailed search.If you can't find ehough info.
Then at least give us some info on your car and motor and your goals.

i searched on HT added 55 RWHP and gained me 12 mpg cut of 3 secs on my ET too

Good fuel managment
Then turbo..
