ooo this sounds jus like my car.... i recently did a f22b1 swap into my car from a 94ex accord... but the thing was when we got everythign hooked up we used the new injetors that came w/the f22b1... but the thing was it kept turning over and over and over and over but only got spark but no fire.. it kept wanting to start but the problem was that i burnt out 3 injectors and only 1 was good so i changed back to the injkectors that were on my f22a1 and it started right up w/no problem..

Assuming you have the firing order correct, I would guess it's the timing. I would pull the distributor back out and reset it to TDC on the compression stroke.
