Hey guys, recently i've been hearing this crazy clicking sound in my motor...i had my friend listen to it with the gold ole screwdriver to the head and he said that it was my valves clicking away like crazy.... i was just wondering if i should take it to honda to get it fixed, or take it to a normal reapir shop...my speed shop has closed down, and i dont really trust other shops with my car....i live in Orange County CA, so finding a shop is not gonna be hard...what is your adavice?

 

Try doing a valve adjustment and see if that fixes the problem. It's not hard at all. And if you don't know how, PM Luserkid. He could do it for you.

 

are you sure it's full of oil?

 

Buy some angled feeler gauges and a breaker bar with a couple of 24" extensions and do it yourself. It'll probably be cheaper than a mechanic..........and now you own some angled feeler gauges and a breaker bar with extensions!

nah, look on your hood their shoudl be valve clearances, get some feeler gauges a screwdriver and a 10mm wrench and adjust them babies
