I've been wanting to buy a 99-00 Civic Hatchback for a while now and came up upoun a red 99' 5 speed with 54k miles for $6,975 without haggling yet and it has a 2,000 mile warrenty, does this sound like a good deal if i can get it anywhere under 6k?

Opinions wanted please, im planning to go take a look at it this weekend.
