Where to get some touch up paint?

I have a silver 97 civic ex, and it has little itty bitty scratches and what not on it, where would i go to get some touch up paint for it that would match the color exactly and how much would it cost?

I got a bottle of touch up from the Honda dealer for my silver paint for around $5 I believe.

dealer i would say because i got a little from autozone and it didnt match at all!!
