My buddy just asked me to go over and Torque his main caps and rods caps, now he has eagle rods should I torque to factory specs? also what would you reccomend in bearing cleances with plastic guage (green) it is a 12.5:1 LS/Vtec

i think it depends on the type of rod bolt u got with the rods...the 5/16 bolt has a tq spec of 28lbs/ft dunno the 3/8 spec off hand tho....bearing clearnace should be between ~.013-.017 depending on the application
