hey guys, well i am currently getting into autoX and what not. i need learn about spring rates and how different spring rates effect the car. any and all info you guys can offer will be greatly appreciated. maybe if anyone knows of a article or source which i can read about the spring rates...

There's more to it than just "spring rates", especially since the actual "rates" are not given for most "sport" aftermarket spring sets...

ok, well thats what i need to know. i will be ordering my GC's soon and im needing information and knowladge so i know what spring rate to order...

i knew there is some helpful people out there somewhere.

300front/350rear is a good feel for our cars for the dual application
