Need hubcentric rings for TE-37 - hub size?

I would just like to know the hub centric ring size needed for a USDM ITR 5 lug setup on 15x6.5 Volk TE-37s with a +39 offset. I saw some posts in the archived section and I noticed my Volks seem to have a set of rings in them but they are off kilter. If anyone knows the measurements off the top of thier heads it would be awesome.
Correct me if I am wrong, but aren't the hub centric rings supposed to stay on the hub rather than the inner part of the wheel correct?
I know this has got to be a problem because I have gotten my TE37s balanced twice and I still have a very noticeable vibration at speeds over 65-70mph. I also retorqued everything and checked my wheel bearings and my old ITR OEM wheels display no such vibration.
Also, any info on local tire places that carry these rings in San Diego would be greatly appreciated.

Solution - remove the hubcentric rings. Seriously.
With the car in the air, put the wheels on and torque the lugs to 40-60 ft lbs to seat them. Drop the car down, torque them to whatever spec you are using. I have never run stupid hubcentering rings and never had an issue.

Yeah, just get some torque on the lug nuts while in the air (like .RJ mentioned). Or torque them all the way while in the air, that's what I do.

Thank you for the reply, but I really think i need those hub centric rings to get the rims to fit properly against the hub....
Thanks for the 56mm info...

Thats what I'm telling you. You do not need the rings, and they are likely only causing a problem for you.

Alright, I'll try it and see if the problem goes away. If not, then probably I will have to see what else could be causing the problem... torque will be the answer at 90ft/lbs.

What types of rims?
What types of rims?
Were the Volks you have originally designed for Integras, or was the fitment for something else facilitating the need for the hub rings?

Rota SS.

I don't know the hub size, but you could just drive into Americas tire co and they'll fit you w/ cheap plastic rings. I say cheap cause they melt at high temp on the track(magazine claimed this) My set haven't melted yet w/ 3 track events. Street use should be fine. I think it was like $10 for all 4. I have TE's as well.

This is also probably obvious, but are you using the proper lug nuts with the Volk's?
I, like many others who've posted here, have never had a single problem running without rings on my after-market wheels (Rota Slipstream's). I used correctly sized conical seat lug nuts and always torqued them properly with no load, and they always performed flawlessly. I've read and participated in quite a few hub-centric ring threads, and have personally never understood what some individuals' vehement fixation is with them on Honda/Acura vehicles.

fwiw, I have volk and racing hart rims. I use metal hub rings up front and plastic ones in the rear.
I have also run my te37's without rings, but with spacers and never once had a problem either way.
Get a dynamic balancing job done first. Then make sure you torque the wheels in the air. 80ft/lb. That is all.
Any Discount Tire/ America's Tire can do all of the above for you... fyi... including the fitment of hub rings.....
And if you just HAVE to have rings to feel better - any machine shop can make a metal set for you; just tell them what inner and outer bore you need and they'll whip it up on the spot.

I am using the Volk Racing Lugs extended version. I have been torquing the lugs to 80ft/lbs, but I will first try getting these rings from Discount tire and see if the rims require to be rebalanced. I have metal rings in there right now, but they were ****-eyed and I have straightened them out since, but I didn't notice a difference.
Thanks for all the info about the hub size...it's 64mm right? or 64.1 mm?

You can check this site that I saw recently:

I don't know about the ITR being different but the hub diameter on the Integra is 56.15. You will need to find the proper bore size of the wheel too.

as mentioned above numerous times, the itr has a 8mm larger hub bore then the standard integra.
