is there any point in installing adjustable cam gears on a stock head?

i have intake, intake manifold, VAFC and exhaust.... i want to dyno tune as well

will i be able to gain any horsepower if i tweak the cam gears and dyno tune??

 

You might get 1 or 2 hp. But only in conjuction with the other tuning methods you have.
I guess the real question is the HP worth the cost to you.
