i think he may be refering to the ability to shim out the rear upper control arms by putting washers behind the mounting bolts

the "shim trick" will not work on the crx's double wishbone front suspention. you will have to get a camber kit. I have an ingalls camber kit and it works. You will have ALOT of headache putting it on though. The install took me about 6hours for one side and about 30min for the other. Basically you have to figure out how to spread apart the upper A arm forks. It took me a while to finally figure out a good way to do it as the forks are very strong and hard to bend. If you are going to get the ingalls kit (i got it from a groupbuy for $132shipped for both sides) post and I will let you in on the best way to put them in, or you could always through it at a shop and tell them to put them on for you but I am an avid DIY'er.

6 hours? hmm took me about 30 mins for both sides.. its pretty easy, I recommend the Ingalls kit also, I have also used the Sprint kit too..

For the rear the "Washer Trick" can be used, basically you put spacers to push the upper control arm out to create positive camber.

yea...shim trick...i didn't know what it was called...but that's the main idea. hmm..i think i will go with the ingalls...i have no idea how to put them in either. will it take about the same skill level to put in the camber kit as it does to put in lowering springs? if so, i can do it myself...if not, then i'd rather have a shop put it in for me

well if you guys know how to put it in...let me know too please...email me at clicc916@yahoo.com

The reason it took so long for me was because I had to find a way to bend the upper control arm forks so they would be wide enough to fit the ingalls kit and be able to rotate freely. The forks are very strong and any length of crowbar or screwdriver would not work. I finally figued out a way to use a stud and 2 nuts. With one nut on each side of the inside of the fork and the studd through the center you can speard the fork apart enough to fit the kit in there. If I would have thought of this method earlier in the install then it wouldnt have taken me that long. Like I said it also took me about 30min to install the other side after I knew how to spread apart the fork.

Yeah I had to bend the forks also. I just put a pry bar inbetween the forks and gave it hell. First one took like 40 mins to put on but the other one took like 20 mins.
